Retail Store Manager

Costa's Food Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform store operations and improve performance.
- Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
