Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Inventory Management
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to oversee the inventory management process at Costa's Food Market. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, managing inventory turnover, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient inventory management
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to maintain high-quality customer service
- Authorize return of merchandise to maintain customer satisfaction
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to maintain a productive work environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong team player skills
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
