Retail Store Manager

Costa's Food Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
