Leasing Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Agent to contribute to the success of our community. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing apartment suites to prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive living experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leasing:
    • Encourage appointments or viewings with prospective residents
    • Qualify prospective residents to determine their needs and suitability
    • Tour prospective residents through available suites
    • Answer phone calls and provide leasing information
    • Shop competition through market research
    • Assist with marketing efforts
  • Renting & Administration:
    • Prepare and process rental applications
    • Conduct credit checks and employment verifications
    • Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
    • Utilize property management software to record transactions and run reports
  • Marketing & Business Development:
    • Maintain a focus on enhancing the customer experience
    • Host open houses and community events
    • Develop marketing materials and communicate with prospective residents
    • Assist with resident events and activities
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in sales or leasing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Self-starter with high degree of initiative and flexibility
