Position Overview

As a User Support Technician at AECOM ELECTRIC LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless access to computer networks and providing exceptional support to our users.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks for users.
  • Consult various user guides, technical manuals, and documentation to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users addressing specific challenges.
  • Oversee and mentor other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and Internet services in response to user inquiries.
  • Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring the correct installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all users.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
