Order Fulfillment Specialist

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately preparing and processing orders.

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all items are packaged securely for delivery.

Requirements:

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Minimum 3 months of experience operating motorized equipment.
  • Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads.
