The Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services team is in search of dedicated Process Assistants who have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. This role is essential in supporting operations leaders and team members to achieve outstanding operational performance within our fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities of Process Assistants include:
- Picking and packing orders efficiently.
- Receiving and storing products accurately.
- Maintaining inventory precision.
- Loading and unloading trucks as required.
Lead Process Assistants will also take on the responsibility of guiding fellow associates, inspiring them, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Here are some important aspects of working in an Amazon Fulfillment Center:
- We prioritize a safe working environment, which includes wearing reflective vests and recognizing safe practices.
- Our dress code is casual, provided it adheres to safety standards.
- While we aim to regulate conditions, noise and temperature can fluctuate; hearing protection is available.
- Employees may work at heights of up to 40 feet or operate powered equipment.
- Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods.
Requirements for this position include:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to commit to a 40-hour work week, including potential overtime.
- Capability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
