Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC - B85 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, ON, CAN. As an Operations Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform production duties as needed, including pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks.
- Lead Process Assistants will also be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
