Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC - B85 is seeking dedicated Learning Trainers to contribute to the success of our operations team at fulfillment centers across Canada.

As a Learning Trainer, you'll play a vital role in equipping operational leaders and associates with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve exceptional results. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of areas, including:

  • Delivering comprehensive training programs on essential operations procedures such as order fulfillment, inventory management, and safety protocols.
  • Providing clear instructions, guidance, and ongoing support to associates in their daily tasks.
  • Motivating and encouraging associates to perform at their best while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a secure working environment for all.

Qualifications:
