About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Assistant to join our expanding team at Amazon Canada Fulfillment Services, ULC - B85. As a Process Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production duties as needed, including pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Lead Process Assistants will be responsible for communicating instructions to other associates, motivating them, and keeping their work areas safe.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve results and improve processes.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
  • Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • High school or equivalent.

Work Environment

We have a relaxed, casual dress code (as long as your attire meets our safety requirements). We work to regulate our sites as much as possible, but even with climate controls the noise and temperature levels can vary day to day. Hearing protection is available.

Physical Demands

You may be asked to work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet, or on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, etc.). You may be asked to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
