The Role

We are seeking a Generalist Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Generalist Solutions Consultant, you will maintain a broad understanding of our solution suite and work closely with sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and identify suitable solutions from our portfolio.
  • Discovery: Conduct deep-level discovery workshops to gather customer requirements, outcomes, and support a value-led sales process.
  • Tailored Demonstrations: Deliver highly engaging, tailored demonstrations and presentations, centered on customer value and outcomes, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of EcoOnline's solutions.
  • Bid Team Support: Assist the bid team in responding to PQQs, RFPs, and RFIs with relevant solution information.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective deal closures, pipeline generation, and solution insights.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
  • Video Content Skills: Design, creation, and refinement of video content used in our demo automation platform.
