About the Role

Amazon Advertising Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Solutions Consultant to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a Programmatic Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in using our demand-side platform, Amazon DSP.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with programmatic trading desk managers and their teams
* Provide expert services such as onboarding, trade desk support plans, feature training, and continuous product usage consultation
* Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional Amazon teams to drive the evolution of Amazon DSP
* Define and improve processes and tools for the Programmatic Solutions Consultant team to better serve customers

A Day in the Life
A typical day for a Programmatic Solutions Consultant could include onboarding new traders, delivering trainings on new product features, assisting customers with beta features, consulting in business strategy and planning discussions, providing oversight in execution of campaign strategy, developing campaign optimization recommendations, and monitoring their impact.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience with annual brand and media planning

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- Experience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing, or search engine optimization
- Experience working with DMPs, CDPs, and data migrations
