Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Original Joe's Whitecourt. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Cost Control: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with the management team and staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and physically demanding.
