Position Overview

Trans-United Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain and Purchasing Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain processes and purchasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Management: Lead all supply chain initiatives including logistics, inventory management, procurement, planning, and scheduling.
  • Supplier Relations: Generate and track contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and monitor the quality, quantity, and efficiency of goods storage and movement.
  • Cost Efficiency: Secure high-quality materials while enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting all budgetary constraints for raw materials and finished products.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Educational background in Engineering or a certification in Supply Chain Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management.
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain operations within heavy industries such as mining, fabrication, or metal production.
  • Relevant certifications such as SCMP or CPIM are considered an asset.
