About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at F2G Solutions Inc. as a key member of our procurement department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
    • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to reduce procurement costs.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless supply chain management.
    • Implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Contract Management
    • Review and negotiate purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with company policy.
    • Manage contracts to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
  • Procurement Strategy
    • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
    • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Work Setting
    • Consulting firm or telecommunications industry experience preferred.
  • Work Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
