Food Service Team Lead

A&W Restaurants Inc is seeking experienced Food Service Supervisors to lead our team in Campbell River, BC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish work schedules and ensure staff follow procedures
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage and report to management
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and corporate brand standards
- Deal with cash, opening, and closing procedures with accuracy
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues as required
- Maintain a positive and productive team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in food preparation
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset
- Secondary school is an asset
