About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1271167 BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and quality food preparation.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Staff Recruitment and Management

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
