Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage food preparation, inventory, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food products meet Subway's quality standards and are prepared according to our recipes and procedures.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food products are safe and of high quality.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience at Subway.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
