Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling AIL Insurance policies, providing financial advice, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients on a daily basis. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell AIL Insurance policies to clients
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients
  • Work independently and remotely
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product offerings
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
  • Finance knowledge is a plus
  • Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage skills is a plus
