Life Insurance Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Life Licensed Advisor (LLQP) to join our team at Specialty Life Insurance. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the lives of Canadians by connecting them with pre-qualified interested clients.

About the Role:
  • Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities to onboard, ensure satisfaction, and build authentic, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Connect with new and current clients to resolve any sales-related inquiries by partnering with internal resources.
  • Work from the comfort of your home as a full-time remote employee, with the flexibility to work nationwide in Canada.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales experience, with a valid LLQP license and home provincial licensing in good standing.
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
  • Passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency.
