About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Agent to join our team at Specialty Life Insurance. As a Life Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outbound call sales opportunities, connecting with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships with SLi, and resolving any client sales-related inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of individual life insurance sales, LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good-standing
  • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
  • A passion for helping others and providing consultative customer advice and service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
  • Comfortable managing client escalations and able to problem-solve creatively
  • Basic knowledge Google docs, Microsoft Office
