We are currently seeking a Central Purchasing Coordinator to enhance our operations. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing material requisitions, managing purchasing orders, and nurturing vendor partnerships to guarantee prompt deliveries.
- Work closely with project teams to oversee product and material requests and source them effectively
- Execute and track purchase orders with suppliers, logistics providers, and customs agents
- Facilitate the procurement of materials and manage material general accounts
- Assist the Central Purchasing Manager in various tasks
- Maintain an up-to-date product knowledge database
- Help in the preparation of invoices and address any billing discrepancies
- Serve as the main point of contact for material acquisitions and temporary services
- Provide overall support and assistance to project sites as required
