Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at FoluOs Law Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing, proofreading, and formatting documents, as well as maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Communication: Respond to phone and email inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and the public.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in the office, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and performing data entry tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
