Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models to drive business value
- Lead assessments and improvements of client data quality, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Implement data management capabilities, including cloud-based ERP systems, to ensure seamless performance
- Manage data migrations, providing best practices and expertise on specific ERP systems
- Deploy and adopt modern data platforms, ensuring transparency and governance in analytics processes
- Secure trusted analytics by creating transparent and well-governed analytics processes, data platforms, and data lakes
- Advise on digital solutions for document and content management, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise
- Develop and utilize technical and industry knowledge to resolve complex client challenges and consult on leading practice solutions
- Lead business development, presenting thought leadership to clients, and developing winning proposals
- A completed MBA or Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Data Science
- Preferably 5+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant or Manager in a consulting environment or in realizing data management solutions
- Superior communication skills, with the ability to communicate strategic solutions to client stakeholders at director and operational levels
- Enthusiasm for complex projects and problem-solving skills
- Insights and methods for data quality analysis, transformation, mapping, and cleansing
- A team player with a willingness to collaborate on the dynamic growth of Data Management within KPMG
- Knowledge of and experience applying governance and data management standards, such as DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM
- Knowledge of and experience deploying cloud-based data management platforms, such as Informatica, Collibra, Microsoft, IGC, and Snowflake
- Industry-recognized designations/certifications, such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, Azure Cloud Solution Architecture, and CDMP
- Ability to travel locally and internationally based on client and project requirements
KPMG-Canada offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program, including a base salary range of $98,000 to $127,000, and may be eligible for bonus awards. We also offer a range of benefits and well-being programs to support your overall health and well-being.
