We are seeking a skilled Major Incident Manager to oversee and facilitate ITIL-based service support and technical account management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, and resource coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, and resource coordination.
- Participate in enterprise-wide, cross-disciplinary business strategy projects, including the selection, procurement, and implementation of information systems applications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful service delivery.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT service management.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
