  • Participate in enterprise-wide, cross-disciplinary business strategy projects, including the selection, procurement, and implementation of information systems applications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT service management.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
