About the Role:

The London District Catholic School Board is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Principal: Catholic Secondary School Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing educational leadership and direction to a Catholic secondary school community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational leadership and direction to a Catholic secondary school community
  • Develop and implement school improvement plans to enhance student achievement and well-being
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive school culture
  • Manage and allocate resources to support student learning and school operations
  • Ensure compliance with board policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ontario School Principal's Certificate - Part 1 completed & Part 2 completed or in progress to be completed by the start date of the appointment
  • Part 1 - Religious Education or Equivalent (Minimum Requirement). Specialist (preferred)
  • Part 1 - Special Education or Special Education for Administrators AQ (preferred)
  • A Master's Degree (preferred)
  • Completion of the Called to Lead Program or in progress (preferred)
