We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Principal to lead our Catholic Secondary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing educational leadership and direction to the school community, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide educational leadership and direction to the school community
- Develop and implement school improvement plans to enhance student achievement
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Manage and allocate resources to support school operations and student learning
- Ontario School Principal's Certificate - Part 1 completed & Part 2 completed or in progress to be completed by the start date of the appointment
- Part 1 - Religious Education or Equivalent (Minimum Requirement). Specialist (preferred)
- Part 1 - Special Education or Special Education for Administrators AQ (preferred)
- A Master's Degree (preferred)
- Completion of the Called to Lead Program or in progress (preferred)
- Vice Principal Experience
- A minimum of five (5) years recent teaching experience in the secondary panel is required
- Recent experience in Catholic leadership at the school and/or system level
