Job Summary

Chinguacousy Physio and Foot Clinic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinic, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clinic, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing our calendar.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our clients, staff, and external partners.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including financial reports, client statistics, and other relevant data.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our clinical team, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient files, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
  • Personal Qualities: Effective oral and written communication, flexible, organized, and reliable
