Job Summary

Oram's Bethesda Manor is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide medication administration and assist with mobility and exercise.
  • Collect specimens and assist with feeding and nutrition.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to our residents.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physically demanding and repetitive tasks.
  • Punctuality, flexibility, and reliability.
