About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Concrete Placement: Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade and depth specification.
  • Surface Finishing: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, and impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
  • Installation and Repair: Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
  • Quality Control: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher, you will work in a variety of settings, including rural areas, urban areas, commercial sites, industrial sites, residential areas, roads, and bridges. You will be exposed to dusty and noisy environments, and will be required to work outdoors.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, team player, and willingness to travel.
Working Conditions

You will be required to wear safety equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, ear plugs, and gloves. You will also be required to work in a team environment and to adhere to safety regulations.

Language and Hours

The working language is English, and the work hours are 38 to 48 hours per week.
