- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that the firm operates efficiently and effectively.
- Correspondence and Document Preparation: Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, reviewing and proofreading to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with lawyers, staff, and clients to achieve common goals.
- Work Hours: Work 30 to 35 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
