Position Overview

Techo-Bloc is seeking to enhance its Sales Team to foster the growth of its clientele in the commercial and residential landscaping sectors. The ideal candidate for this position should be meticulous, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. A passion for outdoor design and the ability to communicate effectively about hardscape products and systems (training will be provided) are essential. This role involves identifying growth opportunities and nurturing strong business relationships with partners.


Key Responsibilities
  • Market the company's services and products to clients involved in commercial and residential landscaping projects.
  • Identify new market opportunities while maintaining relationships with current customers.
  • Support the network of distributors and resellers within the designated territory, strengthening ties with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and designers.
  • Recognize promising opportunities, negotiate business agreements, and fulfill the requirements of business clients.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the business development strategy by assessing customer needs to optimize sales.
  • Identify, prepare for, and participate in promotional activities.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence analysis.

Qualifications
  • College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration (relevant experience may be considered).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Bilingual – Proficient in both French and English (English is necessary for serving clients in the United States).
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to manage projects with precision.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; this role necessitates frequent travel.
