Position Overview:

The Business Solutions Associate (BSA) will play a pivotal role in enhancing revenue streams by utilizing our extensive merchant network. This position focuses on fostering Merchant Revenue through effective Solution Selling techniques, thereby enriching the Merchant experience and boosting retention rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue e-Commerce and CNP sales opportunities within the designated portfolio.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell innovative solutions to both existing and prospective Merchants.
  • Manage client accounts and maintain robust relationships.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to ensure profitability while delivering value through consultations.
  • Engage in proactive outreach and independent lead generation to attract new Merchants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow relationships.
  • Generate leads and customize presentations for specific industry segments.
  • Establish new referral partnerships and conduct in-person meetings as necessary.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets across various timeframes.
  • Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Product and Value-Added Reseller teams to implement various e-Commerce solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry competition and pricing strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads and providing necessary reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Sales, or Marketing is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is essential.
  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce, CNP ecosystems, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with high-level executives.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
