General Accountability:
The Sales Solutions Consultant is tasked with identifying and cultivating new sales prospects within the Commercial and Industrial sectors. This role emphasizes the establishment of robust business relationships through effective communication, strategic questioning, negotiation, and closing techniques. The focus is on enhancing account growth and development within the designated sector.

Specific Accountabilities:
  • Generate lists of potential clients to serve as sales leads
  • Develop a commercially viable business proposition
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients
  • Oversee the target account strategy
  • Collaborate closely with the Manager, Operations, and other team members
  • Manage all facets of the sales cycle
  • Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies to increase revenue and profit margins
  • Achieve or surpass established sales objectives
  • Engage in additional promotional campaigns via calls
  • Stay informed on relevant strategic technologies and market trends
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Post-secondary education with a minimum of 5 years in sales
  • Comprehensive knowledge across various multi-vendor product lines
  • Demonstrated success in meeting aggressive individual sales targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
Physical Requirements:
Office setting with computer usage. May involve prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and phone communication. Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs may be required.

As a condition of employment, this position is subject to the successful completion of Reference Checks, Criminal Background Checks, and a Driver's Abstract if necessary.
