Techo-Bloc - Sales Consultant Position
Techo-Bloc is enhancing its Sales division to further cultivate its clientele in the commercial and residential landscaping industry. The ideal candidate for this role should be meticulous, well-organized, and committed to ensuring customer satisfaction; they should possess a genuine passion for landscaping and the capability to effectively communicate product details (hardscape - training will be provided). In this position, you will be tasked with identifying growth prospects within the designated territory and presenting clients with products that align with their requirements.
- Advocate for company offerings and products to clients involved in commercial and residential landscaping projects;
- Establish new markets while nurturing relationships with current customers;
- Assist the network of distributors and resellers in the assigned area and enhance connections with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and designers;
- Capitalize on opportunities, negotiate business agreements, and fulfill the needs of commercial clients;
- Contribute to business growth strategies by assessing customer needs to optimize sales;
- Identify, prepare, and engage in promotional activities;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Qualifications:
- College degree or Bachelor's in Business Administration (relevant experience will be taken into account);
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience;
- Bilingual (English and French) - English is essential for U.S. clients;
- Exceptional negotiation abilities;
- Project management skills;
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Self-sufficient, proactive, organized, and a problem solver;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- Valid driver's license with a commendable driving record. This role requires frequent travel.
