About the Role

As a Laboratory Analyst 1, you will engage in a variety of laboratory tasks, including sample preparation and fundamental testing procedures. This full-time position comes with comprehensive benefits and retirement savings options.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintaining precise records and proper labeling
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Preparing glassware, samples, and necessary reagents
  • Safely handling microbiological specimens
  • Conducting basic analyses and managing laboratory instruments
  • Meeting quality standards and deadlines
  • Keeping informed about the status of workstations
  • Following laboratory safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma is preferred
  • Experience with aseptic techniques
  • Familiarity with laboratory procedures and methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
