"}, {"li": "Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
"}, {"li": "Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, stock shelves and display areas, and obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom.
"}, {"li": "Keep stock clean and in order, establish work schedules and procedures, and direct customers to the location of articles sought.
"}, {"li": "Bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery, and maintain computerized stock inventory.

"}, {"li": "Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a valid driver\u2019s license.
"}, {"li": "Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
"}, {"li": "Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
"}, {"li": "Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and work in a cold/refrigerated environment.
