Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at AXIS Electric Supply, LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
  • Organize and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of inventory control software and dispatch management systems
