About the Role:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager III, Gas Bar to lead our Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the implementation of brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to site team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Procure merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, sales, and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
  • Familiarity with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role (preferred).
