Job Summary:

Federated Co-operatives Limited is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager III, Gas Bar to lead our Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site, overseeing adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
  • Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team.
  • Procure merchandise and order supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best in what you do.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role (preferred).
