Gas Bar/c-store Manager

Southern Plains Co-op is hiring for the position of Gas Bar/C-Store Manager for our Kensington Avenue C-Store located in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager you will
- Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
- Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety, and asset protection.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team.
- Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Coaches team members, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
**Who you are**:
- Have High School Diploma
- You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.
- You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You have a minimum of 6 years of related experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role(preferred).
