What you’ll do:
Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager you will:
- Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
- Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
- Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety, and asset protection.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team.
- Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
- Coaches team members, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
- Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
- You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.
- You have intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).
- You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
