Store Manager III, Gas Bar

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager you will -
Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations. Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts and image standards. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team. You will be responsible for the procurement of merchandise and ordering.Who you are:
You have a minimum of a Grade 12 certificate. You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards. You have intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word etc). You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. You have a minimum of 3 years of related experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role(preferred).What we offer:
