Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager III to lead our Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar site. As a key member of our C-Store Division, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations, while providing direction and leadership to your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Kensington C-Store/Gas Bar site, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  2. Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store, aligned with the company's strategic plan.
  3. Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety, and asset protection.
  4. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment for site team.
  5. Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
  6. Coaches team members, providing day-to-day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
  7. Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
  8. You are familiar with petroleum products, storage, handling safety, and environmental policies/standards.
  9. You have intermediate skills in MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, etc).
  10. You have strong leadership, customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
