Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Office Worker to join our team at Vkam Automation & Security Systems Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Compose and review various forms of correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications via telephone and electronic means.
  • Manage reports and data from both manual and electronic sources, including inventories and databases.
  • Sort and verify applications, receipts, and other essential documents.
  • Process mail, both manually and electronically, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Facilitate message transmission and reception.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping duties, including invoice preparation and bank deposits.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients and the public.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, and filing purposes.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Conduct research as required to support office functions.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Label and file materials in the designated storage areas.
  • Coordinate and schedule various office tasks and activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of contracts and budgets.
