The successful candidate will work in a vibrant setting that includes hotels, motels, and resorts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and manage room assignments.
  • Handle group bookings and coordinate arrivals and departures.
  • Manage room reservations, including taking, canceling, and modifying requests.
  • Provide detailed information regarding hotel amenities and services.
  • Offer insights about local attractions and points of interest.
  • Facilitate guest departures, process payments, and calculate charges.
  • Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and complete necessary financial reports.
  • Keep track of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
  • Adhere to safety and emergency protocols.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Assist guests with special requirements.
  • Contact guests to provide requested wake-up calls.
  • Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in word processing software.
  • Familiarity with computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Experience with central reservation systems (CRS).
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet applications.
  • Internet savvy.
