About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team at OSCARS DELI. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, present bills to customers, and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
  • Table Service: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Communication: Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Associate at OSCARS DELI, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will be required to work overtime and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
