Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Portion and wrap foods accurately and efficiently.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Use efficient interpersonal skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Inventory and Record-Keeping
    • Keep accurate records of food quantities used and inventory levels.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
    • Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train and develop skills in a fast-paced food service environment.
