Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Financial Management

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at 2750089 Ontario Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Financial Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting and financial planning, to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions to support business objectives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business success.
- Representation: Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
- Staff Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to support business objectives.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure business success.
- Leadership Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a finance or operations-related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or finance.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: 30 hours per week, permanent position.
