We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at PK Alberta Restaurants Inc. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Resource Allocation
- Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource utilization.
- Organizational Development
- Design and implement organizational structures and processes to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Communication and Representation
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Performance Management
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans to address underperformance.
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage financial plans and budgets to support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and excellence.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
